How Much Do Care Agencies Charge?
Caring for a loved one can be a concern and finding them the right level of care can also be a minefield. One of the first questions you may ask your self is ‘how much do care agencies charge?’.
We at KD Care understand this concern and this is why we specialise in quality live in care and offer a friendly and compassionate service. We know that large care agencies simply don’t work. They can feel institutional and far from a home. This is why a live in care service might just be the right solution for you.
We at KD Care offer bespoke care plans for the elderly.

I hold NVQ 3 in social care and my daughter holds the equivalent in advice and guidance. She is responsible for recruiting our staff, arranging training, and attending to our staffs needs.
We feel that well paid happy staff are essential to your needs and this is often the reason that large agencies fail as their staff are underpaid and over worked! This does not happen with us. Our staff as well as our clients become part of our family and we will always match our Personal Assistants to our clients, taking into consideration not only our clients physical and emotional needs, but also their life style and character. Most importantly, if we feel we cannot assume our responsibility to a client, we will not accept to care for them (but we will help them to find an alternative solution).
When you ring KD care you will always speak to my daughter or myself. We feel that office staff are employed to run an office, not to deal with a client’s concerns and we like to know all our clients personally. We will be the ones who visit you in your home to discuss your needs, offer you a package tailored to your wishes and we will also visit you every ten weeks to ensure that you are happy.
All your needs and wishes will be fully catered to by us, personal care, specialised care, dietary needs (all our personal assistants can provide good wholesome English menus) house work, shopping, animal care and of course excellent companionship (all personal assistants speak perfect English). We believe that when a client chooses to continue living in their own home in the latter years of their life, that their personal assistant must be an unobtrusive visitor ready to cope with all events, but able to fade into the background when necessary. In other words, our clients are always in charge of their homes and lives, as far as possible.Prices start from £775 per week.
